At LuxeGlair, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return window from the date of purchase for a full refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be in new, unused condition with all tags and original packaging intact, ensuring full product integrity and compliance with our strict sanitary standards. Returns that don’t meet these conditions may receive a partial refund.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package arrives safely.
  • Items must arrive at one of our warehouses within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.

Non-Refundable Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for a refund.
  • LuxeGlair is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit once handed over to the carrier.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a few business days, minus any non-refundable costs.
  • Expedited processing, shipping, and insurance costs are not eligible for a refund.

Customer Remorse

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, wrong product selection, or for an exchange, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Products on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us immediately at info@luxeglair.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue with a replacement or full refund. Please note that damages caused by the shipping carrier are not covered.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@luxeglair.com for further instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Cancellations

  • Orders that have not been shipped can be canceled for a full refund.
  • Once an item is dispatched, it cannot be modified or canceled.
  • For delivered but unwanted items, a full refund for unused items can be issued within the 30-day return window.
